People\'s need to reach Professionals and craftsmen people is increasing, and there is a need for people in professions and crafts to reach the largest possible number of customers. Customers often face two problems. The first is the lack of knowledge of distinguished craftsmen and professions, and how to trust those who have not previously tried their services. In light of these data comes the “Qareb” application for comprehensive services. Visiting the application gives customers the opportunity to get to know people in different professions and crafts. Not only that, but the application was designed for customers to evaluate the service (from 1 to 5 stars) and write a comment about the service. This prompts service providers to exert a lot of effort and care about the service in order to obtain customer certificates, because professionals and craftsmen are unable to delete the comment and evaluation or modify it. Our ambition is for the application to be a meeting point between service providers and customers.
We make sure everyone knows how to work in the Qarib application, according to the following:
1- Accepting all applicants to highlight their activities through a relative does not necessarily mean that we give priority to one person over the other.
2- We would like to emphasize that we are unable to process the sorting between professionals, but we have established user oversight through evaluation and comments. Thus, what is required of the service provider is to be accurate and honest because he will lose customers if his work is not perfect.
3- If the service provider’s rating becomes low, he will be alerted with the aim of giving him another opportunity. If the performance does not improve, harsher decisions will be taken, and in the end, Qarib’s management may resort to stopping the account permanently.
4- The application does not give recommendations to service providers, but the customers’ opinion will be the testimony and the final say on it.
5- We hope that customers’ comments are reasonable and do not exceed the goal of advice and repair. Otherwise, a warning will be issued or the account will be closed permanently.
6- We receive your suggestions for future development through proven means of communication.
